          SINOPSIS          

Dalam The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence) dikisahkan mengenai Martin Lomax (Harvey), seorang pria penyendiri yang bekerja sebagai seorang petugas penjaga area parker dan begitu terobsesi dengan film The Human Centipede (First Sequence). Begitu terobsesinya Martin pada film tersebut, ia mengumpulkan segala hal yang berhubungan dengan film tersebut, mulai dari foto-foto para jajaran pemeran film tersebut hingga berusaha menggambarkan sendiri bagaimana pola ‘penyatuan’ beberapa manusia hingga menjadi sebuah bentuk ciptaan baru. Puncaknya, Martin akhirnya memutuskan untuk membuat sendiri human centipede seperti yang dilakukan oleh Dr Heiter (Dieter Laser) di The Human Centipede (First Sequence).

Mencoba berbuat lebih sadis daripada Dr Heiter, Martin tidak hanya berencana untuk menyatukan tiga orang manusia. Ia ingin membentuk sebuah human centipede dalam ukuran penuh dan menyatukan sebanyak dua belas orang bersama. Secara perlahan, Martin mulai mengumpulkan para korbannya. Bahkan, ia berhasil untuk membohongi Ashlynn Yennie, salah seorang aktris yang berperan dalam The Human Centipede (First Sequence), dan turut menjadikannya sebagai korban. Berbeda dengan Dr Heiter, Martin jelas sama sekali tidak memiliki pengetahuan dan peralatan medis yang akurat. Akibatnya, jelas saja, kedua belas korban Martin harus melalui serangkaian proses penyatuan yang sangat sadis dan menyakitkan.
